Return / Cancellations Policy

Pacific Wireless warranties its antenna products for 2 years from the date of shipment for defects in material or workmanship. If a product is found defective due to materials or workmanship within that time, Pacific Wireless will replace or repair the product at Pacific Wireless’ discretion.

Pacific Wireless does not warrant products for suitability in any specific application. If customer decides that product needs to be returned because it didn’t work in their specific application, Pacific Wireless reserves the right to charge a 15% stocking fee. Pacific Wireless does not accept any liability for damage to a customer’s equipment or premises due to a failure of a Pacific Wireless product. Our warranty only covers repair or replacement of defective Pacific Wireless products.

Product must be returned freight prepaid in original packaging or packaging suitable for damage free shipment of the items being returned. If returned product is received at our warehouse in damaged condition due to improper packaging or customer negligence, Pacific Wireless reserves the right to claim the warranty void and return the damaged goods to the customer freight collect. Prior to returning defective products the customer must call 801-572-3024 or submit an RMA form at our web site (www.pacwireless.com) to request a return materials authorization number (RMA). This number should be used in all correspondence concerning the defective products. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton prior to shipment to Pacific Wireless. Defective products should be returned to Pacific Wireless at 14557 South 790 West Unit B, Bluffdale, UT 84065.

Pacific Wireless will replace or repair the defective products and return to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the defective product at our warehouse.

Regarding cancellations, Pacific Wireless accepts order cancellations in writing by FAX, letter or email up until the time of shipment of the products with no additional charge to the customer. If orders are cancelled after shipment of the products to the customer, then the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the goods to the point of origin.
