Return A Product (RMA Request)

Pacific Wireless products are warranted for a period of 2 years. All in-warranty returns require an RMA number prior to shipping back to Pacific Wireless. RMA numbers must be referenced on all shipping documents and written on the individual boxes.

To request an RMA please be sure to fill in the form completely, especially your email address. Without this information, the form cannot be processed and will cause delays in issuing an RMA.

Please provide product name (ie; Model Number) and serial numbers of the product being returned

Please also provide failure symptom and the reason for the return. An accurate failure symptom will assist us in improving our products.

After we receive your submitted form, we will issue a confirmation to you within 48 hours which will include the RMA number, shipping instructions and any special instructions.
