Corporate HistoryCompany Overview Our Message Mission Statement Company Background Scott Parsons founded Pacific Wireless as a sole proprietorship in December of 1998. The company offered two product lines, RFIC chips and passive antenna products, purchased from Pacific Monolithics where Mr. Parsons served as director of manufacturing. The Company incorporated in March of 1999, as an S corporation in Aptos, California, serving two major customers. In 2002, Pacific Wireless relocated to Draper, Utah just south of Salt Lake City, taking advantage of lower production and distribution costs while accessing the talented labor pool in that state. Production and distribution headquarters opened in Bluffdale, Utah, four miles west of the company's executive office. In June 2005, Cushcraft Corporation acquired Pacific Wireless with the promise to Pacific Wireless' loyal customers that it will continue to be operated by the founder and current management team under their existing brand as a division of Cushcraft Corporation. Customers, partners and suppliers will continue to work with Pacific Wireless in accordance with current business arrangements. In March 2007, Laird Technologies acquired Cushcraft Corporation. Pacific Wireless is now part of a global corporation with an extensive technology background and product line. To read more about the acquisition, click here. Warehouse operations moved from our Bluffdale, Utah facility to the corporate Schaumburg, Illinois facility in October 2007. Pacific Wireless sales staff remain in Bluffdale, Utah.
